Terms and Conditions

To secure a booking a deposit of $500.00 and a signed contract is required within fourteen(14) days of expression of interest. Yellow Billy Restaurant can cancel a tentative booking if a deposit is not received by the due date.

 Final Payment
The final payment must be received fourteen (14) days prior to your wedding along with the final number of guest. Any additional cost need to be settled prior to your departure of the Estate.

 Final Guest Number of Guest
Final guest numbers must be notified fourteen (14) days prior to your weeding. As this form the basis for your catering requirements. Ant reduction to the final guest numbers after this date will not be reflected in billing.

Final menu and beverage choices need to be confirmed thirty (30) days prior to your wedding.

Any cancellations must be in writing. We reserve the right to retain the deposit in full and 50% of any money paid up until the cancellation date.
